Spark Group was established in 2007 as the dream of a group of talented young entrepreneurs. They began their journey with initiatives in microfinance investment, a readymade garment shopping mall, land development, and housing projects in Barishal.

The group has already completed and handed over more than 14th housing projects at various locations across Barishal city. With 18th years of experience, they have now developed their 15th and largest land project Spark Model City, a well-planned megacity located near Goriarpar in Barishal.

During this time, they also launched the first chain shop in Barishal, Haat Supershop, located at Battala Bazar. Spark Group is a private limited company registered under the RJSC.

Our plans to build a comprehensive business hub focused on production and manufacturing, along with a condominium residential project in Barishal, will contribute to the growth of the country’s economic strength.
